- 4 boneless , skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the breaded chicken cutlets on the prepared baking sheet.
