Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless , skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Place the breaded chicken cutlets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve hot with your choice of side dish.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the cutlets for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
You can use panko breadcrumbs for a lighter texture.
For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
Pair with a side of roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
