Ingredients
  

  • 10 -12 ounces oyster crackers
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together ranch seasoning, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Place the oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the vegetable oil over the crackers and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the crackers, tossing to ensure even coverage.
  • Spread the seasoned crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.
  • Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
