Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 eg g
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, and milk. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Avoid overmixing to prevent a dense and tough meatloaf.
For a tangy glaze, spread ketchup over the top before baking.
