- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 eg g
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the protein powder, coconut flour, and dark chocolate chips.
Add peanut butter, egg, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the dough comes together.
Transfer the dough into the baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
