Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar-free sweetener
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, or granola

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey, and salt.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and secure the lid.
  • Freeze the mixture for at least 24 hours.
  • Once frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine and select the 'Ice Cream' setting.
  • If needed, respin for a creamier texture.
  • Serve immediately and top with your favorite toppings if desired.

For a thicker consistency, use less liquid.
